Any Suggestions?
As we continue to finish up the site we want to know if there’s anything we can do to help our customers have a fufilling experience. Simple stuff…
1. Mobile portfolio with real time prices.
2. Ability to trade in mobile version. Put new orders and check order status.
Being able to trade from the phone or pda should be a solid point in firstradeNEXT, could bring new customers.

I would really like to see the ability to setup and adjust automatic mutual fund purchases online. This was promised over 5 years ago and still hasn’t happened. So forgive me if I don’t have high hopes.

Yes I agree with you, we weren’t thrilled with that delay either. There was a persistent backend problem that made it difficult to achieve it. The new site is built on new technology though, and gives us much more flexibility.
