Firstrade Joins as Presenting Sponsor for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Walk
At Firstrade, we believe that giving back to the community is as important as helping you achieve your financial goals. That’s why, as the Presenting Sponsor, we’re thrilled to announce our sponsorship of this year’s American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Queens, New York!
Join Us at the Walk
Mark your calendars! The walk is happening on Sunday, October 20, at 8:00 AM at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, near the Fountain of the Planets. Firstrade will have a booth at the park where you can join us for fun interactive games and score some free giveaways. Come by, say hello, and enjoy the spirit of community as we walk to support breast cancer survivors and thrivers.
Why This Walk Matters
The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is more than just a local event—it’s part of a national movement that brings people together to raise awareness, fund lifesaving research, and support those affected by breast cancer. This year, as always, the donations raised will help fund critical cancer research, develop prevention education materials, and create support programs for those who need it most.
Make Every New Account Count
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re excited to bring back our donation campaign. For every new brokerage account opened in October, Firstrade will donate $10 to the American Cancer Society. Every new account opened will help make a real difference in the fight against breast cancer. For more details on this event and its terms and conditions, please visit our Corporate Responsibility page.
